Quicken Error CC-506 While Updating the Account
Quicken Error CC-506 occurs when updating the accounts using online services. Error Code CC-506 generally arises when the account has been closed and still active in Quicken. Also, the account number and nickname were changed on the bank’s website.

1. Create a Quicken file backup

Method 1: Refresh Online Account Information
- Click on the Account(To the left side)
- Once account register is open click on the top-right gear icon with a menu
- Then click Update Now (Ctrl+Alt+U)

Method 2: Deactivate and Reactivate Account

- Go to Tools > Account List (Ctrl+A)

- Click Deactivate
